Outstanding customer service, I've never had such a great experience. Gabriel and Enzo are incredible, and their knowledge of cars highly surpasses that of any German car dealership I've encountered. Reasonable rates mixed with a friendly atmosphere, it's a no brainer, if you have to make repairs take your car here! I will never take my car to another dealer again, they have set a standard that every shop in town should follow. My Audi TT operates like a champ, Thank you very Much Gabriel and Enzo, you guys rule!

Pros: Clean and comfortable place to kick back while waiting.

You know the reviews in city search really matters! My first time experience at German Italian Motor car was just incredible! Gabriel fixed my bumper 2 days earlier than what he quoted originally, and my car looks like a brand new car:) very happy with the outcome, and great personal service! They are moving to Robertson next month, but I am pretty confident that I will bring my car to Gabriel next time I have problems with my car! Thanks much Gabriel!

I found out about German Italian Motors while searching reviews for BMW repairs. I was fed up with the high cost of bringing my car into the dealer. Several years ago the sunroof of my BMW 528 stoped working. The dealer said it would cost approximately $2500 to fix. I decided not to fix it. When I found Gabriel and he did such a wonderful job on the scheduled service I asked him about the sunroof. Much to my surprise he was able to fix the roof, do all of the scheduled servicing and replace numerous hoses and the entire cost was under $1500! I would never think of going to the dealer again

The (Car) Doctor is in! I found out about Gabriel and his shop by reading these very reviews on citysearch and I've never been happier with my car service. I took my car in a few years ago after having spent thousands of dollars unnecessarily at my local BMW dealership. I have always found Gabriel to be honest, trustworthy and consistent with his incredible service and reasonable prices! He is like a good doctor in that he takes his time to examine his patient (your car) and will provide you with a sound diagnosis as well as his cure. I will never go to another dealership as long as Gabriel is around. I am a loyal customer and cannot recommend him enough! A+++

My husband has his Porsche serviced here and has always been satisfied. Recently within a week of each other both mine and my husband's cars had our "check engine" light activated. Gabriel and Enzo took car of my husband's car. When he heard I had a similar issue he squeezed me in and fixed it that same day. I had previously went to the local independent and they diagnosed the problem but told me I have to go to the dealer to have it fixed and incur a second charge for diagnosis. Cost at G.I. was cheaper, service better, and took less time. Gabriel is my hero.

I brought my BMW to inspect and repair the engine light and the person quoted me $1000, after a week the engine light came on again. he told there were other things to repair that maybe the cause of the problem. I trusted him again for the second time, this time it cost me $800. bottom line is the problem was never resolved! he offered to take it to the dealership for further inspection ??? YES! believe it. I should have done that myself in the first place..!!! avoid this place if you want to save you money and avoid being scammed.

Cons: NOT Trustworthy at all. Awful quotes, Scammer, BAD Service!!

I first came to the German Italian shop and I received nothing but direct answers. I needed front axel boots on my 2001 Audi a6. I was a bit unsure at first. I got a quote and it was about $250.00 less than the dealer. I didn't have much time and I needed it done soon. I needed a ride to my job after I dropped it off. Gabriel said that he would send me to the rental car agency across the street and they would rent it to me for free. I didn't have $300.00 on my credit card at the time to rent the vehicle. Enterprise holds that until you bring it back and then it is put back on the card. Gabriel took care of it for me. He used his own card for me. long story short the quote was $8.00 off the actual cost of the whole repair. Unreal. These guys are the best. I have tried alot of mechanics and I used to only go to dealers because of it. Not any more.

I could tell from the beginning that Gabriel was honest and could be trusted. He will listen to what you want . Regardless of whether you have a 1984 BMW or 2008 Mercedes , you can rely on this guy.

Pros: Good Service and great Location , conveniently off the 405

Cons: NONE , this place is perfect

We have been taking our 2003 Audi A4 to Gabriel for a few years and have nothing but good things to say about our experience with him. Gabriel has always been honest and reliable. He always pays for our car rental and most importantly, has kept our car in great shape. Before we knew about Gabe we took our car to other mechanics and dealerships and paid small fortunes for bad work. Today, we don't trust our car to any one else. We travel across the city to get to Gabe's shop and are happy to do it- it is worth it!!

LASTIME I ASKED FOR PRICE QUOTE PART AND LABOR FOR REPLACING MY CAR ALTERNATOR , THE OWNER SEEM SO RUDE AND DIDN'T WANT TO EXPLAINT WHAT THE TIME LABOR RATE.
