I found California Data Recovery Services on an internet search, along with many other companies. I read up on a few companies and California Data Recovery Services offered the best price for guaranteed data recovery. We sent our drive off and had a response of a successful data recovery within 48 hours. We had our data back to us within a week. We WILL be using California Data Recovery Services again. We were extremely impressed with the service.

Having worked all weekend and arrived Monday morning to find there was no response from my flash drive I was desperate to recover some of the work since my back up the previous week. After a quick phone call and some honest assessment about the possibilities of recovery I was delighted to have the data recovered and provided on CD as stated by California Data Recovery Services . In desperate situations you need some honest statements and assessments on timelines for recovery. California Data Recovery Services provided this and I would not hesitate to contact them again if the occasion arises.

When my IBM laptop failed to boot up, my heart sank. My friend's IT technician was quick to advise me that my Hard Drive was damaged and the data could not be accessed. I bought a new laptop as it was time to upgrade, but I was devastated that I had lost all my personal files and about 3 years of photos. We needed to recover a complete laptop HDD for one of our users. We had explored a range of recovery options but found none that were successful. I then approached California Data Recovery Services. The service I found from California Data Recovery Services was excellent and they provided a free quote to assess the damaged drive. Once we gave the OK to recover the data, the turn around time was very, very quick ensuring we had all critical documents available in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to use California Data Recovery Services again for Data Recovery and would highly recommend them to anyone.

We had two hard disc failures - the on-board disc on our Mac iBook, and our backup disc. Our Apple dealer was unable to solve the problem, and recommended California Data Recovery Services. They managed to recover all the data from the backup disc, and offered advice on accessing files that showed up in an unfamiliar form. What would have been (for us) a catastrophic data-loss was transformed, thanks to California Data Recovery Services into a minor inconvenience (loss of time and some extra work copying files from DVD to hard disc and accessing them). California Data Recovery service was at all times friendly and courteous.

I am sure you will appreciate my great relief when you informed me that data had been successfully recovered from my computer hard disc. I had done back ups on disc for work in hand but not for the accumulation of miscellaneous information such as addresses and photographs. Through your company this all was able to be successfully retrieved. I was particularly grateful for the patience you demonstrated in taking me through the steps on how to access the information to be transferred to my new computer. I had occasion to call you when did not know how to access and copy certain files and you took the time to take me through each step. This level of service was in such contrast to a previous experience with another company that I was I feel I must record my gratitude

After a recent move I turned my external hard disk on and “Pop”, no go. A strong burning plastic smell filled my room. My hard disk would not work. Oh no, I thought, all the hard labour and time spent moving all my records to MP3 files and they were all stored on my hard disk. I searched the web and found California Data Recovery Services. I sent an e-mail with all my issues and before I knew it they had called back asking for more information and advising of what they could do and what was involved. I sent my hard disk off and California Data Recovery Services was able to save all the data on the disk, I even got a good price on a replacement hard disk. I would instantly recommend them to anyone who needs data recovery services.

Like any other day I shut down my laptop and external drive to continue video editing later that night home, only this time the drive refused to mount and just sat and flashed it's light at me. As luck would have it, that drive not only contained the current video project but also thousands of photos that had I had never quite got around to backing up... After contacting the manufacturer they recommended your company and I am so glad they did. Not only did you recover all the data from my striped drives, you did it very quickly and for thousands less then the other company was estimating. I have already recommended your services to a number of people and would not go anywhere else should this happen again. Thanks Guys!

After my laptop suffered death by drowning I was scared that I had lost all my work files. Advertisements, stock control forms, rosters, financial records, everything was kept on there. A family member recommended California Data Recovery Services as they had done some work for him and he was very impressed. I went In and spoke the them and they had a look for me. That day I had a response that they could get my data back no problems, and for a great price. Their service was very prompt and professional with clear communication throughout the whole operation. Everybody knows that hard drives fail, and when one half of a pair failed a couple of months ago I thought I would risk it on one for a while. Of course shortly after this the second failed silently and without warning. I had a figure of at least a thousand pounds for hard drive recovery, and had given up when a friend pointed me in the direction of California Data Recovery Services. After taking the drive there, I got a phone call a couple of days later telling me they had an exact clone of my drive ready for collection. I had expected a bill of many hundreds for hard drive recovery, so was rather relieved to get the job done so quickly for a fraction of that cost. The service is professional yet friendly and personal, and I would highly recommend anyone in my position contact them first.
