I purchased my luxury midsize for $50k plus out from the dealer's door. almost immediately Irealized that the climate control didn't work and the adaptive cruise control had a mind of its own, frequently putting me in dangerous situations while inexplicably cutting out or speeding up way beyond the set speeds. The dealer kept assuring me that the problems were either fixed or resolved but the problems continued unabated. Although the dealer seemed to have paid lip service upon first hand experience of the issues, nevertheless, nothing was done until the day I tuned in the car! My contacts with the manufacturer were reminiscent of talking to a wall. After about two years of this I had enough and was referred by a friend to Norman Taylor And Associates. I must say that the experience with this firm was a bright ray of sunshine in an otherwise dreary experience. I found the associates to be very helpful in clarifying the law to me as it related to my situation and ovarall I rate their patience and courtesy with an A+. The case was eventually settled out of court on terms that exceeded my expectations and I must say that my new car is delivering all the luxuries , driving pleasure and more that I expected but didn't get with my LEMON.
Pros: They really know their busienss.

This firm did exactly what they said they would do, which is what I expect from any professional. They told me what to expect, they told me the expected timeframe, and they understood why my car was a lemon. Make sure you do your homework first. Get all of your papers together, get all of your dates in order, and write out a logical narrative before you send your documents to them. This will help both you and the attorneys at Norman Taylor understand the specifics of your case. If you are well organized and your story is supported by the repair paperwork, these guys will get the job done. Remember, help them help you! DO NOT expect them to call you to chit-chat about your case, they are all business and they are good! They make their money by selecting good cases and doing only what is necessary to get the best results. I turned in a Cadillac STS because of electrical problems and they completely undestood my case. I wholly recommend these guys.
