I went to Dr. Kosmides this morning, after suffering my first ever back problems. I've never been helped so quickly by a doctor and his co-workers. Dr. Kosmides was thorough, and gentle. The acupunturist, Gina, was incredible as well, and the entire staff was unbelievable. I went from barely being able to stand up this morning, to much more tolerable pain and I'm going again this Saturday. I've always been scared of chiropractors, but I feel so safe with everyone there. He is also knowledgable about supplements, books, alternative medicine, etc. I can't imagine ever going anywhere else. I've already given out 5 of his cards in my office! THANK YOU!!!!!!!!! I can't recommend this practice enough.

Pros: Great doctors, staff. Pleasant, not painful,k knowledgabel about all aspects of complementary medicine.

Cons: NONE!

Dr. George has helped me tremendously with my back pain and my nutritional problems. When I began to practice what he suggested, nutritionally, a lot began to change: my eye condition cleared, I lost weight, old aches and random pains disappeared, muscles spasms disappeared, and I generally felt better. The changes were subtle, but over just a few months their summary affect was marked. I tell all the people I meet with health problems to go see Dr. George. He is one of the few doctors I know who is actually interested in and committed to helping people get truly healthy, naturally-not just treating their symptoms,but ridding them of their causes. When you're beeing seen by Dr. George you feel safe and cared for, and you know he'll do all he can to help you get better and stay better

Dr. George is everything you would want your ultimate doctor to be: healthy, physically fit, compassionate, knowledgeable and results oriented. He not only knows and teaches natural healthy living, but he lives it. A true beacon of health and leader by example. I saw Dr. George weekly throughout both my pregnancies. Because of his care, nutritional advice (both food and supplementation), and chiropractic adjustments, my pregnancies were effortless. My labor for my first child was a quick hour and forty minutes! My second was an hour and twenty minutes! Both my children have been seeing Dr. George weekly their whole lives. They are the children that you hear about that never get sick, never have (or had) any type of sleep issues and actually ENJOY eating healthy food. (My kids love brown rice and broccoli!) It is my pleasure to recommend Dr. George. It is absolutely wonderful when you can have complete confidence and faith in your doctor. You can not go wrong. My family and I are living proof.

My lower back issues kept me from doing the sports that I enjoy so much. After seeing numerous Doctors over the past 5 years, I began to loose hope and was told surgery was my only solution. With Dr. George's help, in a short time I was back to my active lifestyle and had even more energy. Today my whole family sees him for various aches and pains and we all love the results he has produced.

Pros: Takes Saturday appointments

Cons: He should move his office closer to my house.

I came to see Dr. George about 2 months ago for weight loss. Unlike other programs and methods, Dr. George treats the whole person. His plan is sound, easy to follow, and tailored for each person. I highly recommend Dr. George for anyone who wants to finally gain control of their weight and become lean. Overall, a great experience. Dr. George and his team are supportive, professional and dedicated in making you see real results.

My husband and I have seen Dr Kosmides for two years. Dr Kosmides is not just a regular chiropractor and nutritionist. He is compassionate and insightful; he treats your mind and body as a whole. This is perfect for anyone who wants to feel better from the inside out. He uses holistic healing techniques and transformed our lives as a couple.

My name is Jill and I am 56 years old. I have needed Chiropractic services as well as Accupuncture on an off my entire adult life. I have been in a car accident. I have Sciatica. I had to go to emergency at UCLA with chest pain and pain shooting down my right arm. The Doctors thought I was having a heart attack and kept me in UCLA overnight. When the results came back, they found I had ribs in my shoulder area that was causing pressure and pain in my neck, shoulder and pinching my nerves. I didn't believe it either. No wonder I have been so stiff there all my life. And I have problems with my digestion, and I must admit I deal with some anxiety. Doctor George and Doctor Gina have provided me with a winning plan that has alleviated my distress. I have never ever received such excellent care. I really am excited that I found them. I have been looking for a team that would address my problems in a wholistic manner, so I could improve the quality of life. I feel so much better in all aspects of my life, and I am able to resume my activities.

Dr Kosmides is not just a chiropractor, he is a true healer. Within minutes he can determine the source of your ailments and find the remedy. He sees his patients in a holistic fashion. He is extremely perceptive, genuine and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Dr. Kosmides!!

I just started going to see dr. george and I already am in love,he is friendly and makes you very comfortable . I haven't slept so well in ages.I have seen a change in my body and mind,feeling younger and healthier, Thanks Dr. G

If you are not feeling your 100% best...see Dr. George Kosmides at The Natural Life Center...he is a one in million kind of doc and I trust all my health care concerns with him. He helped me lower my cholesterol with easy to follow diet modifications and I've never had more energy! He also gives the BEST adjustments I have ever had! Thank you for changing my life!
