i have tried many services and have walked into my "clean" home very disappointed. I rather pay a little more and get the job done right the first time around. These people made my place sparkled! they found toys long gone under the beds and removed layers of grim for places i don't have time to maintain--fantastic and hardworking! Great Jobs guys thanks.

Brian and his team were professional and clearly dedicated to high quality service. My place was dirty & dusty since it was empty for a while now. Though the job itself took longer than i thought almost nine house and some details the following day, i couldn't last that long but boy i'm glad the job was completed before i move in next week. The cleaning itself is great, and they follow up to make sure we're satisfied. The cleaners always remember our little requests to customize our cleaning. Highly recommended.

Pros: they can work non-stop the all day long

Cons: i wish i had the energy these people have

I have used several cleaning services in the ten years that I have been in the marina area, and have never been as impressed wth the service I received today. My house was in pretty bad shape, it was filthy and cluttered. I would have taken me weeks to clean it. The team cleaned & organized my home was extremely professional and returned my home to mint condition. I highly recommend this company

It was very busy week and trying to move-in before the Thanksgiving holiday I had 2 days to clean my newly remodeled home. So after reading the reviews I called Yolandas Maid & they cleaned my home from top to bottom just after having new carpeting and hardwood flooring installed. In short, my house was a wreck from all the construction dust from the contracters work. They did an amazing job and my home gleamed like new. Highly recommended!

Pros: they are experience in large & complicated construction cleaning jobs

Cons: they had problems cleaning some areas of the house

I strongly recommend Yolandas Maid & carpet cleaning service for home cleaning services. Martha Santos and her staff are punctual, thorough and do a thorough job everytime.. This is the 4th cleaning service we've tried, and it is definitely the best as far as rate and quality! They occationally miss a spot or two but they are still the best around.

They told their price upfront with no hidden charges though a bit higher than i thought but competative but worth it!!!!!

Pros: no supprises, no hidden charges and they are negotiable.

It was busy thanksgiving week and cleaning was the last thing on my list. thankfully this was my second cleaning with the company and I must say I am impressed! Marta was so connected to my home and showed amazing care for my home on her first visit. Elaina and her husband were so professional and thourough its unbelievable! I would refer them to any friend or family member. They will surely become family as they took great care of mine! They were prompt and the cleaning was without error. I really appreciate Yolandas Maid & Carpet Cleaning. Not all cleaning services are the same, they really gave me great quality service. I highly recommend them.

We have been working with yolandas Maid & Carpet cleaning Service for a serveral months. On our last project I had them perform a post-construction cleaning on our very dusty 4500 sqft home in the marina. Compared to the other services we have used in the past, they offers the best pricing for continued customers, with the most personalized service. As opposed to many of the other local cleaning services out there, the people at YMCS will do what it takes to please its customers. We know that when the job is done, our home will be spotless. Give ycms a shot at your business...you will be pleased with the results!

After a friend recommend me, I started using Yolandas Maid and carpet cleaning a little over 2 1/2 years ago when i was pregnant, and Martha and all her people have been really good. they're trustworthy, take directions easily and are very thorough. they'll even work on special organization projects, etc. instead of what they regularly do when they visit. just call & let them know!

As a first time customer and I was really surprised at how good my overall experience was with this company. I just moved into a new apartment and had a real mess left behind from the previous tenants. I called Yolandas Maid and carpet cleaning service for their "move in cleaning special". I paid a little more to have them steam clean my carpets with a machine which was so worth it because I am asthmatic and can't be around harsh chemicals. The 2 people who came were very nice and went beyond what the job called for. The old tenants had left behind a broken dresser, dishes and various other items which the cleaning crew took out with them. My apartment was cleaned very well and didn't have that musty odor it previously had. The end result of the cleaning was really amazing and I could not have been happier with the job. You get everything you expect and more. I recommend them
