Nick was awesome! Super nice and came out to the place within an hour of calling him - 2 days before Christmas even! He fixed the lock quickly and was extremely nice and fun to talk with! At the risk of sounding like a silly cliche commercial....I'm going to actually tell my friends about him and Secure Lock & Safe! ha! Seriously, Nick is rock solid! Thanks again!!

I am the owner of the japanese restaurant in L.A. You know what that means. I need a locksmith all the time. I had been looking for good one for many years and trying so many of them until I met Nick. Well, since English is my second language and sometimes I could not explain my situations well, I had a trouble with many other locksmith & for sure I was often ripped off. But, everything is different with Nick. First of all, he always shows up on time. He is nice, quick and so reasonable. I am so comfortable with his work all the time. You want to have someone with not only good skill but also with good heart. I highly recommend him for everyone. Nick is the best of the best.

I found this locksmith by searching for an automotive locksmith in LA. I called him up, and he came out personally. We met, and I introduced him to my ancient beast of a car (fresh from 1986), which had its keys locked inside, and another key broken off in the ignition. He managed to open my car in less than 5 seconds (no joke--he took one look at the lock, grabbed a tool, jabbed it in, rummaged around for 2-3 seconds, and then grabbed the handle of the door). He then went to work at the key stuck in the ignition cylinder. Within an hour, he had discovered that the key in the ignition was different from the keys for the doors (the key had been broken off by a previous owner), and offered to rekey it to the key I had for the driver-side door--he also cut a new key that managed to get the driver-side door locking from the outside. As a result, my car, which originally could only be unlocked from the driver-side door, and had to be started by hotwiring it, now can be locked, unlocked, and started using the same key. All of this took very little time, and I was able to get on with my day in short notice. To top it all off, he didn't charge me for the minor details that wound up coming up as he discovered more and more stuff wrong with my locks and ignition. He stuck with the quote that he gave me on the phone, which I appreciated a lot, being a nearly-broke college student. To summarize it all, he was more than professional, and more than helpful. I'll be suggesting him to anyone who needs a locksmith that isn't shady, and you may want to consider his services as well.

It's a lock!! Nick at Secure LA wins in my books as the best locksmith in town. Having moved to downtown Los Angeles from a peachy neighborhood, I found these reviews and and called Secure LA pronto. Hearing the professional, knowledgeable and confident voice of Secure's owner, Nick at the end of the line, was step 1 of me feeling at ease in the heart of the hood. Step 2, was Nick showing up and turning our warehouse into an impenetrable fortress... Step 3 was that he managed to do so by installing a commercial grade, high security system .. that is completely secure without being at all claustrophobic or cumbersome. He had intelligent ideas and solutions, was patient and understating and went out of his way to get the job done on our time schedule.. not to mention that his quote was the most competitive one out there. I have always found the idea of locksmiths kind of creepy.. as they have access/keys to our whole lives. I am sincerely grateful to have come across a professional who shines justice on his trade, and I couldn't recommend him more highly.

Pros: Professional, Extensive History and Experience, Great Pricing, Really Nice Guy.

I chose Secure LA Lock and Safe based on the reviews here, and I'm glad I did. Nick was not only professional with fair prices, but he went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied with his work. It is clear that he highly values his company reputation and his customers.

Nick was helpful, reasonable, and flexible. He came to me where I was at the time, and called when he was going to be a bit late. Did all he could to keep the price as low as he could. Great experience.

Nick was extremely fast at responding to my initial request. He had great follow up even when there was a mix up with my phone number which resulted in an unexpected delay. Chris came out to do the work and was professional, courteous and quick. Great guys to work with!

Spoke with Nick on the phone--very friendly and had the best price of the places I called. He sent his guy, Chris to make a new key for my motorcycle. (Who knew, but only maybe half of the places I called even did re-keying for motorcycles.) He was running a bit late, but called first to let me know and was only maybe 15 minutes late. Highly recommended!

Pros: Chris was a funny laid-back guy. I asked questions about locksmithing and he was happy to answer them. (I was curious, what can I say)

Nick was pleasant to deal with on the phone and in person. He showed up on time and charged me what he quoted over the phone, unlike most locksmiths who find additional costs once they arrive! He did the job quickly and my new lock works like a charm! Highly recommend!

Pros: Nice guy, honest, upfront and on time. What more could you want?

Cons: His service call charge was slightly higher than some others, but honesty is worth that!
