A sofa the way you want it. We just got our 2nd sofa. Love them both. The sales guy was very nice and took his time with our indecisions and questions.A great way to get exactly what you want.

Cons: Having to wait for a custom order to be delivered-but worth the wait.

The title basically says it all. This place is great! I would recommend The Sofa Company in Santa Monica to anyone looking to add some style to their home. They allow you to fully customize the furniture to your liking; everything from the fabrics/leathers, colors, legs, metal, wood and so on. The customer service is also fantastic! Pros: Thumbs up - Service, Selection, Style, Price

Cons: Street Parking - Wasn't really a problem on the weekend

We have been to a number of stores looking for a sectional and we always came out of the store with the feeling we did not get what we wanted. The Sofa Company was easy and we got what we wanted at a very good price.

pick and choose your color and sofa configuration with a helpful staff and price ranges for everyone. BONUS you get to take samples of fabric home with you.

For people who hate shopping,especially for furniture, this is the place. We walked in and were immediately taken care of as we chose the model, fabric, and firmness of our sofa. Never had such a painless shopping experience.

Pros: ease of shopping, wide range of choice

Cons: loud music, language register of staff - too many "you guys"

Came into the pasadena store, looking for a small sofa bed found exactly what we were looking for. Great service, good price, nice fabric all in about 20 minutes. My brother recommended the store he bought his sofa here cant wait for sofa to be delivered.

Pros: all the choices

Cons: $100 delivery charge

I have never walked into a furniture store where the sales reps don't hover over me to make a purchase. I had a great sales rep that gave me space to feel out the sofa that I was looking for. I bounced and rubbed so many sofas and asked and asked and asked for many different things. Whatever I wanted they were able to provide, I am beyond satisfied with the customer service it was spectacular.

I have been searching for a couch for over 4 months now and finally found the perfect couch at the Sofa Company. I looked at couch after couch and there was something that I always didn't like. I looked into the Sofa Company because I heard you could design your own couch. I was skeptical at first because I thought the prices would be ridicuously high, however, I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the prices actually were. The staff there is great and they will take lots of time to show you different options and choices so you can create a couch that you will love. Also, there is no pressure, if can't decide on what you want or decide to look elsewhere, then no problem...they are extremely friendly. I designed a couch that I love and got it within my budget. Overall, this was a great shopping experience.

Pros: Great Staff, Great choices

Cons: Wish there was free delivery (Cost $100)

I never thought buying a sofa could be fun. With every size, shape, and color sofa plus every kind of fabric you can think of, I was in sofa-buying heaven. I was referred by my aunt whose sofa I loved. I bought a sofa. Then I referred my mom. And I will tell everyone I know about this place. It was freedom. Never again will I be chained to buying what is simply on the show room floor. I picked everything - the seat (bench and extra firm), the arm (I only needed one), the feet (beautiful espresso cone shapes), the fabric (you go, microfiber), and the subtle details which make my sofa a one-of-a-kind. No one else has my sofa. Cool, huh? The customer service also was one-of-a-kind. Any service person you pick in the store is knowledgeable and will take ALL THE TIME YOU NEED! Really. It's true. I give The Sofa Company an A+.

Pros: metered and free parking, excellent customer service, tons of selection
