I love Doggie Styles because the owner really has a great sense of what is tasteful and well made. As a fashion designer, construction, design, textiles and all additional embroidery or beadinig is always carefully inspected to make sure my dog, Goomi, gets the best that is out there! The problem is...that in this day and age...to find the best takes a saavy eye, and Doggie Styles helps put it all in one place, weeding out the common peices and filling their store with some really one of a kind items. My favorite thing about this store is that the owner keeps track of which celebs bought what for their dog. Since Goomi goes to most salons and boutiques, red carpet events and anything to do with the word PINK, it would be a devistation if he showed up in what another doggie was wearing. (even though he makes Tinkerbell look like a scrawny little "bit*#h", pun intended. Lol) So yes, since he has limited items, it is nice to have one of a kinds for my companion animal. The owner is especially personable as well, which is an asset to stylists. I would have given five stars...but I gave four only because I would like to see the store produce their own clothing line and custom tailoring as Fifi and Romeo do. Also, there is a place called Pet'photique (sp?) in vegas that actually offers a portrait studio setting for photo shoots of your "best animal friend". If Doggie Styles added a more "Professional" shoot than the photo sessions I have seen them hold, that would have been the other half of the fifth star. One more thing, is the stores "possition" (pun again intended). Please get parking!!! And stay open later than 6pm! But in general, you can go wrong...even if you walk in blindfolded, tell them the dog and size and give them your credit card. Ha ha. Point stated, you will walk out with something you will cherish and become a memory of fun times with your companion animal forever! Genevieve Gallen

Pros: Friendly, intelligent service with many options and well stocked.

Cons: Bad Position. ha ha. Parking is hard to find. Needs parking lot! Or value walking as exercise!

This place makes me want to be a dog! Okay, seriously this is the cutest doggie store you will ever find. The store is filled with unique merchandise that you won’t find anywhere else, but most importantly the people working there are very helpful. I just bought a new Labradoodle, and although I’ve had several dogs I haven’t had a puppy in awhile so I had a lot of questions. They didn’t just try to sell me stuff… they told me that he would be growing quickly so I should buy a collar that had some room for growth and even suggested toys that would be better for a puppy. I not only left with a bunch of cute stuff for my new puppy but I felt so much better knowing that I bought the right stuff.

Pros: Very helpful, doggie treat bakery, you won't want to leave!

Cons: Parking, bring coins for the meter

I highly recommend Doggie Styles in Beverly Hills to anyone shopping for that special pooch in their life. I travel frequently to the Los Angles area for business and always try to pick up something special for my Pug who is such a “Princess”. The concierge at the hotel I was staying with last year recommended Doggie Styles, he was absolutely right! Great service and great selections, everything you could possibly want for your pup. Don’t let the location of the shop fool you into thinking that you are going to get a lot of attitude and over priced items. I’ve been back to the shop a few times to buy more toys & treats and of course to keep my Princess up to date with the newest doggie trends. Mike, the owner is always very helpful and has a lot of fun suggestions without the high pressure sales pitch. Oh! They have two very special store greeters, Hemi a beautiful Boxer and Buttons, a stylish French bulldog — meeting them put the icing on my shopping experience. For what it is worth, I’ve never written a review about any experience that I have had at either a restaurant or store, until now.

Pros: Great dog treats, trendy dog clothing and wonderful service!!

I went it looking for a unique gift for a friend. She loves her dogs more than anything (like lots of us out there) and I found Doggie Styles. Lucky for us, because this place is great!! First of all, Mike, the owner, was so nice and helpful. Instead of high pressure sales or weird Beverly Hills attitude, he's so down-to-earth and just chill. He let me browse and figure out what I was trying to do for my friend's dog, and was ready to help and show me some appropriate gift ideas on MY time. I ended up not only getting a great collar and sweater for my friend's Italian Greyhound, but found a place I'll definately go back to.

Pros: Great customer service, great selection

Cons: none that I can think of.

An upscale -- but down-to-earth! -- boutique, where owners Mike and Eva are friendly, professional and knowledgeable, with 2 darling dogs of their own on site. In addition to all the great outfits, toys, leashes, collars, treats ...and much more, they carry one of the best doggie "chews" to come around in years, the deer antler. Haven't met a dog that didn't love them - all natural, odorless (to humans, that is), non-staining, calorie-free, full of minerals and totally deer-friendly. (Deer naturally shed their antlers.)
