Dalia Limousine

IThis is my FIRST own my business and i just want a good town car company. This town car showed up late to a hotel for a VIP client. They never called me so when i walked out, the hotel put me in a car- i thought it was Dalia/ or Alliance- they go by two names. Dalia started calling me about 45 minutes after pick-up time- to tell me they were at the hotel. i said i already wa sin a car, the hotel must have put me in the wrong one. I told them to release the car. then they CHARGED ME FOR A SIX HOUR RIDE. They never called when they were outside, they told me they were waiting for 3-4 hours, even though i have my phone records, and they charged me for the full day. even after calling, talking to management, trying to explain it wasn't my fault, they were late and didn't inform me of their whereabouts, and booking 2 more services, they still used my credit card info illegally and charged me. They were not professional, understanding, or willing to take any blame.

I've used them 3 times and they've been great. They're very polite on the phone, it's easy to make a booking and they send you an e-mail confirmation within minutes. The drivers are friendly but not overbearingly chatty. This is an extreme example, but nonetheless an example of their exemplary service: one driver, David, was taking me to LAX for an international flight, which I was running late for. He patiently waited for half an hour while I finished packing. Finally we left, and drove for 1/2 an hour through rush-hour traffic towards the airport, but I realised moments before we got on to the 105 that I'd left my passport at home. He turned around, drove as fast & safely as possible back to my house calming me down the whole time and reassuring me that everything would be fine, then drove me back to LAX, and I made my flight. They only charged me $20 extra for this whole debacle, even though I said it would be fine to charge me twice. Pretty wonderful.

Dear Dalia Limousine- I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for providing such a high level of service for my daughter and myself. As a single mother and someone who has always worked hard but never actually taken a vacation having the opportunity to take my eight year old daughter and mother to Europe for the first time was an important event for us all. I wanted every detail to be perfect and taking my daughter in a limousine to the airport was another first glorious moment I was able to share with her. The limousine you provided was beautiful, the driver was kind, professional, on time and we had a great time! I have been using Dalia's service for almost 3 years and I have no complaints, only praises. I have called them on numerous occasions as late as 1am to confirm early morning pickups and they always answer the phone. One time they called ME at 4am to let me know that my 630am flight was delayed an hour to see if I wanted a later pick-up! Over the last few years I have gotten to know them personally and I couldn't imagine using anyone else. The cars are always clean, the ride is always smooth and the drivers are always on time. Also, their prices are very reasonable.

Pros: Personal service, reliability, clean and new cars.

Cons: I wish they owned airplanes as well!

I began using Dalia Limousine when I moved to the West Valley in 2001 and have not considered any other service since. I am most impressed by their exceptional service and how well they deal with my last minute arrangements. It does not matter what time of day or night I can call Sam or Hana and I know I will be picked up no matter how short a notice I give them. From the top down everyone is friendly and very service oriented which is just what I need when I come back from a long business trip. I look forward to my ride home knowing Dalia will be waiting for me, on time like always!

I have been using Dalia Limousine for over two years. They have always been very professional, courteous, and punctual. The cars are always immaculate. I, as well as my clients, have always been very satisfied. I would not consider using another limousine conpany.

I have been using Dalia Limousine for several years. The staff (owner, drivers and dispatch staff) are most friendly and dependable.

Dalia is our preferred car service for the greater Los Angeles area for our VIP/Celebrity clients who require the high level of service that Dalia continues to give us.

Dalia Limousine is by far the best service I've ever used. I now use them for all of my business and personal transportation. They're always on time, polite, helpful AND reasonably priced!

I am a corporate travel planner and have worked with Dalia Limo for the past 3 years or so and am very pleased with their service. I have seen first hand the owner of this business bend over backwards to accomodate his clients, especially when last minute or emergency requests are concerned. Dalia understands the needs of their customers, especially the business traveler to whom time is of the utmost importance. The reservation process at Dalia makes my job alot easier, with their quick response time and e-mail confirmations. That along with their clean cars, dependable drivers and on time performance, earns them a big thumbs up !
