Floral Creations is a completely unreliable florist. My daughter retained them to provide floral products and services five months in advance of her wedding, paying them approximately 50% of the estimated price as a deposit. But repeated requests to meet with the proprietor, Sarah Ramirez, to look at designs and work out details were met with silence. Sarah did not reply to any of my daughter’s phone calls and e-mails until just a few short weeks before the wedding when she finally agreed to a meeting. She cancelled it the very next day. Luckily we then found another florist and terminated the arrangement with Floral Creations. Sarah’s response to our letter canceling the order and requesting the return of our deposit? You guessed it, no answer. Regardless of this vendor’s reported reputation for flower designs, Floral Creations is untrustworthy and should be avoided.

I originally saw a flower arrangment from Floral Creations at a meeting I had attended and thought that the display just popped off the conference table. Being in the commercial real estate field and having many clients to keep in front of, I decided to use Floral Creations to be an extension of my own attention to detail. The results and praise has been outstanding and positive. I would recommend Floral Creations for any occassion where looking your best is the only option.
