Just blocks from the beach, this frilly tea room--dressed in deep burgundy walls splashed with floral wallpaper and gold-framed oil paintings--unabashedly embraces its femine side. Mismatched antique chairs topped with plush pillows share space with elegantly draped tables and crystal chandeliers.
