Editorial Review for Rodeo Drive – by Jackie Potts
The Scene
The most recognized street in the world has been featured in movies from "Beverly Hills Cop" to "Pretty Woman" (and, yes, you can even pop into the famed Regent Beverly Wilshire hotel, where Richard Gere and Julia Roberts played house). Despite some hard times, this is still the best place to relive the '80s credo, "Greed is good."
The Goods
With Giorgio Armani, Gucci, Harry Winston and a collection of designer tenants that would make Jennifer Lopez weak in the knees, Rodeo's stately drive still draws gawkers and Benz-driving bigwigs. The street lost some of its cache when Tommy Hilfiger's landmark 20,000-square-foot store closed in 2000 due to the designer's financial troubles, but that hasn't stopped J.P. Tod's, Christian Dior and Prada from setting up shop.

If I ever been to Rodeo Drive, I would have lots of cash to shop for designer clothes, shoes and anthing that I would want from Gucci to Prada, from Burberry to Louis Vuitton, from Baby Phat to Lady Enyce and from Sean John to Rocawear and so on. That is how it goes when it comes to shopping for designer clothes and getting a brand new wardrobe every week.
Pros: designer clothes and shoes that you can purchase and have a brand new wardrobe in your closet every week
Cons: very expensive, but bring plenty of cash.
