I LOVE this place! I saw it on the travel channel and it was worth it to find. Totally upscale! I was visiting from Kansas and bought the most beautiful bracelet. I am working on a diamond band now. I don't know if I will ever get back to CA but even so, these folks work with you on the phone, by mail and in person, all the same.GREAT! What fun to think my purchase may have belonged to someone famous having a bad day!! Thanks BLC!!!

At first I couldn't find the place, not their fault, there's no neon signs! It's on the third floor of a bank building. The inside of the office looks like an office for private buyers, for lack of a better description. The service I got was great, the lady that helped me was friendly and in a very jovial mood. She got me what I needed and I promised I would leave good feedback. she says waiting for quite a few customers to follow through and leave her the review they promised. I was in there for less than 20 minutes and this was my first visit.
